I love beauty, I love New York City, and I love to write, so writing about beauty in this glorious city was a natural progression. All of the views and opinions expressed are my own, and I will always be honest in my reviews. Like everybody else who reviews beauty products (and much to the dismay of the Mr.) I buy nearly all of the products with my own money. However, one of the perks of having worked in beauty PR and having friends in the beauty industry is that I occasionally get products for free or as gifts. I will write nice things and less nice things about all products, regardless of origin. I will make an effort to specify when I have not paid for an item, but I will tell you truthfully what I think of it either way.
